RUSSIAN FOR BUSINESS: language instructor, tutor, author 

Marina is helping English speakers to learn more about Russia and Russians through the language. From 2010, she has taught the Russian language to diverse audiences: individuals and groups of people from various cultural backgrounds, levels of education and abilities, aged from 7 to 70.

Marina shares the love of her compatriots for arts and, before making the decision to become a linguist, she studied piano at a music college in Vologda and gained the qualification of a piano teacher. Marina enjoys playing and teaching classics and likes to think about music as a universal language.

Lifelong learning is Marina’s lifestyle. She dedicates a significant amount of her time to linguistic research that is inspired by her pupils’ enquiries.

Так homo liberatus называют психопатов, практически захвативших власть на Земле. Вампиры питаются человеческими страданиями и страхом, развязывают войны, истощают ресурсы Природы и тем самым нарушают её равновесие. Миссия должна начаться с обнаружения личного обидчика – бывшего нацистского карателя, в 1943 командовавшего сожжением заживо всего населения деревни Хатынь, где погибла и мать Яна. Не имея опыта общения с homo sapiens, обитающими на Земле в конце XX века, и без единой зацепки в поисках своего вампира, сумеет ли герой исполнить свое предназначение?

📌 All’inizio del XX secolo, una razza altamente sviluppata di “maghi” si trasferisce su un pianeta sconosciuto dalla natura vergine, dove non c’è civiltà – ma l’homo liberatus sogna di tornare a casa. Il protagonista è Jan, figlio di una semplice contadina bielorussa e uno dei possessori di superpoteri. Torna sulla Terra con una missione: liberare il pianeta dai vampiri energetici. Così vengono chiamati gli homo liberatus, psicopatici che hanno praticamente preso il potere sulla Terra. I vampiri si nutrono della sofferenza e della paura dell’uomo, scatenano guerre, esauriscono le risorse della natura e ne alterano l’equilibrio. La missione deve iniziare con la scoperta di un colpevole personale: un ex punitore nazista che nel 1943 comandò di bruciare viva l’intera popolazione del villaggio di Khatyn, dove morì la madre di Jan. Non avendo alcuna esperienza con l’homo sapiens che viveva sulla Terra alla fine del XX secolo, e senza un solo indizio nella ricerca del suo vampiro, l’eroe sarà in grado di compiere il suo destino?
